my routin!!!!!

My yoga routin, is
for yoga is will do twist and piviot, Seated lotus, jab - cross,  Hook & Upper cut, Jab  -cross -  Hook - Uppercut
for Plyometrics moves i will doOn the spot Jogging x 2 min,Jump squats (light jump and landing on toes) x 30 secs ,
      Circle run X I min Secs  *30secs clockwise/30 secs anti-clockwise,  Light jog x 20 secs,   Single leg air borne Heisemans x 30 secs *Land on toes
MY PE ROUTIN YES YES YES YES

what we learned

we learned about yoga and Ployometrics moves: . we also are doing a project on it. We have to make a video. We did warm up & Cool down exercises too!!!!!!!!!!!. We learned a lot by these excercises.
