pe
we did the same thing in PE.( hurdles and running) we also ran with the 7th graders. It was sort of good. thats what we did in PE. PE! PE!

friday class
what we did was teen health on friday. It was sort of boring because we did not do any sport and stuff. It was kind of cool. We did it in partners and on a glogster poster. My partner was Salman. (We e mailed our awnsers and salman sent a link) Just so u know. Friday was not good and fun.....

How to sprint
Definition Sprint is an all out fast effort moving ahead.
You have to keep this in mind : technique.
How to do this is your start position should be staggered and balanced from left to right. Front and back should be the same and you have to bend down. ( hip width apart) The foot in front has to opposite to the hand.( hand in L position and eyes should 3 feet ahead)

PE class
Next we did relays and hurdles. They were lots of fun!!!!!!!!! We sometimes held a basket ball and tried to score to get points and sometimes we just ran and got points. ( first person got 1 point = good) We would run most of the time and we do warm ups and cool downs. Next class = we are going to run 50,100,200 and 400 meters (boo) !?!

We did track and field. We jumped over hurdles and held dodge balls (3) and held a baton. We ran backward and did a bunny hop. It was fun and good!!!
