How to sprint

Definition Sprint is an all out fast effort moving ahead. 
 You have to keep this in mind : technique. 
How to do this is your start position should be staggered and balanced from left to right. Front and back should be the same and you have to bend down. ( hip width apart) The foot  in front has to opposite to the hand.( hand in L position and eyes should 3 feet ahead)
