  • Calisthenics    light exercises designed to promote general fitness

  • Body resistance exercises       Body resistance exercises are exercises like skipping, cross county, upper cut and lunges.

  • Circuit training Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics

  • Reps     Reps mean when you complete one thing from a circuit.

  • Sets

  • Warm up/Cool down   Warm up is when you jog and run. Cool down is when you take a break and you rest for some time! :)

  • How to complete a circuit    To complete a circuit you have to do all the exercieses. ( 10 ) in a circuit
